Q&A: Do I need to bring my own wine opener and glasses to a BYOB place?

I am going to a BYOB Italian restaurant with my boyfriend, and I would assume they would have wine glasses and a wine opener there. Has any individual ever been to a BYOB restaurant exactly where they did not?
